Engineer with bogus "degrees"

What to do about an Engineer representing that they hold an unaccredited or false college degree, from Kennedy-Western University, Rochville University, Almeda University or a similiar entity?

Kennedy-Western University was investigated in 2004 during Senate Hearing 108-353 "Bogus Degrees and Unmet Expectations, Are Taxpayer Dollars Subsidizing Diploma Mills?"  Other unaccredited "universities" have issued degrees to cats.
